Reservation Deposits:
A reservation deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. The remaining balance plus tax will be due upon arrival. This deposit must be made by Credit Card. The remaining balance can be paid by credit card, cash, or check upon arrival. Please review our Cancellation Policy before making reservations.

Minimum Stay Requirements:
2 night stay on Weekends 3 night stay on Holidays

Cancellations:
Cancellations or reschedules on Cabins, Duplexes and RV sites must be made 2 weeks prior to check in to be eligible for a refund. Banquet Room and Pavilion deposits are Non-Refundable. There is also no refund on early departures; should you decide to leave a day or more before your scheduled check out date, you will still be responsible for the full number of nights you had reserved.

Banquet Room and Pavilion Cleaning Deposits:
A refundable cleaning deposit is required for Banquet Room and Pavilion rentals. This will be due upon check in and refunded the next business day after event.

• Event without Alcoholic Beverages$50.00
• Event with Alcoholic Beverages$200.00

Children:
Children are welcome in all areas except the Couple’s Cabins.

Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Cabins, Duplexes, Banquet Room and other buildings. You are welcome to smoke outside with cigarette butts being put in the proper receptacles. If this policy is broken, you will be charged a smoking fee of $75.00 plus any cleaning deposits will be forfeited.

Pets:
Pets are allowed in all areas except the Couple’s Cabins. There will be a non-refundable $20.00 Pet Cleaning Fee charged upon check in. All pets must be kept on a leash and owner will be responsible for any damage caused by the pet.

Check in begins at 2 pm and Check out time is Noon.
An additional fee will be charged for late check outs.

Our office closes at 5 pm on weekdays and is not open on weekends.
